The luxury jeweler has gotten a small New York restaurant that went by the same name (sans accent) to change it, after suing it for copyright violation in New York federal court.
The restaurant also agreed to pay Fabergé $ 25,000.
Man-made diamond company Gemesis has changed its name to Pure Grown Diamonds, according to a statement.
“The new name reinforces our commitment to disclosure and transparency,” said Lisa Bissell, the M. Fabrikant veteran who was recently appointed president and CEO of the synthetic gem manufacturer, in a statement.
